After getting some feedback from my tutors, I had some work to do on my model today and I'm pretty proud of how it came out.
The first change my tutor suggested was that I change my character's proportions slightly because while she was modelled to be quite slender like Widowmaker and Tracer, her hips were still too small for how top heavy her jacket and pigtails were going to make her look.
After taking this into account I can't believe I didn't notice, but thats often how it is when you work on something for long periods of time, it almost feels like you're blind to it.
Here are the before and after screenshots for the proportion changes:

They are quite subtle changes but I think they improve the silhouette as a whole and make her feel so balanced. She may be modeled to look nimble and quick but that doesn't mean she has to look like she's about to teeter over.

Also in these screenshots you may have noticed that I have tweaked a few other things on the model as well. I changed the size of her plaits to make the ends much smaller, moved the ammo capsules from her chest to her left hip as an experiment that I turned out to like, and got rid of one of the metal bands from her right arm (viewer's left).
These were also decided after talking to my tutor and some of my peers to make sure that I'm consistently staying in line with the theme of Overwatch and the silhouettes I'm going for.
